A very narrow shoe width. When you see letters next to the numbers, it's the shoe width. The size goes from AAA on up. AAA to AA to A to B to C.... Men's shoes usually start at C since men have larger feet than women.
If you are talking about quality of leather or other material, it's a top shoe. AAA meaning the best money can buy. Usually expensive, they are things like hand stitched leather shoes.

Well get some baggy jeans/shorts Or loose skinnys. & maybe some chucks(tennishoes) With some band tee's Even sport tee's(jerseys count also) Also some camoflauge Also some simple caps Even some plain tank-tops good look good. Dog tag necklaces would loook good also. Try shopping at hotopic,pacsun,vans(store),foot locker,journeys,edge,lids,zumiez,no fear...These are places at a mall pretty much but you can order online also.You might find some places that arent at the mall though.
