Okay, now we've seen him play in the preseason, and he ripped off a great 44 yarder. If you're a Defensive Coordinator, how do you stop this guy? Where does that leave you open elsewhere? What kind of impact does "The President" have for the Saints offense?

He's gonna have a huge impact. Draft him to your fantasy team. He will have at least 1,500 yards rushing and receiving combined with 18-25 touches per game. He'll be on the cover of Madden Football by '08. Never been much of a west coast college football fan but Bush made me a believer. The Fresno St. game in '05 was the best performance I have ever seen by a running back on any level and I grew up watching Marshall Faulk rack up 250 yard games on Thursday nights. He's gonna give football fans over the next 3-5 years some of the best highlights we've ever seen. Lets pray he stays healthy.

Just remember this is only preseason. Allot of running back can ripped one off in preseason. But don't forget allot of couches know how to stop a running back like him. I think he will help the Saints out but he is not the answer for the saints. I think Reggie would be lucky to hit 1,000 yard this season because the Saints don't have a good offense line and their HB is not that goo neither

Reggie Bush will be a very good player in the NFL. However, people have been hyping him up, saying he could be the best RB ever, in which I would have to disagree.

He will make the Saints a more formidable offensive team, but they won't make a playoff push this year. To stop him, I would cut off the corners, make him go up the middle because if he gets loose @ the corners, look out.

Well Reggie has a impact of becoming an excellent football player if he continue to run over the defense as he is doing right now but you know it's going to be a time that he is going to blow out his knee or break his leg! I really don't want that to happen to the President But come on now lets be logical it's more than likely it will happen!

He was featured on the cover of NCAA Football 2007[5], released on July 18, 2006.

Reggie Bush finished the 2005 football season nationally-ranked in several statistical categories:

All Purpose Yards per Game: 10th[3]
Rushing Yards per Game: 9th[citation needed]
Points Scored: 7th[citation needed]
Yards per Punt Return: 8th[citation needed]
Yards per Carry: 1st

After skipping a mandatory team meeting on July 28, 2006 as part of a contract hold-out, he signed a contract for six years the following day and reported on July 30. The deal includes $ 26.325 million guaranteed and $51 million total. Incentives can bring the deal up to $62 million.[1] Reggie Bush was fined S10,000 by the NFL for wearing gold and black Adiddas cleats. The NFL only allows Nike and Reebok apparel because of a signed marketing agreement. Bush commented "Adidas took care of it" in response to the fine.[2]

He is a good running back, no doubt. There are several good running backs and running teams in the NFC south. I think most teams will defend him just like they do against say Cadillac Williams etc. The saints are gonna have a rough time this year with a new system, new coach, new QB, new RB (rookie). It will be interesting to see how they do. I say best case for them is a 6 win season.

He should have a huge impact if he stays healthy. I didn't think he would, but after seeing him make that run and level players at the end of a run, I was like WOW! If they can keep Drew Brees healthy and improve the attitude of their receivers, they could have a pretty potent offense. And don't forget, they still have McAllister, even though he coming back from a major injury.

I don't think he is all the great. If I am a defensive cordinator i call a slant to the weak side of the field and send my outside LB on the strong side of the field on a blitz. If your players know how to contain you would be fine. He isn't impossible to stop you just have to be smart about it.

All you need the the steel curtain.. Nobody's running on the steelers, not even if Barry Sanders came back to the NFL, with the same skills he left with..

He's going to be huge. If you play to stop him, it'll free up your QB. I mean look what he did for Lieneart (sp?) He got drafted first round and you probably will never see him play after this year.
