Some people just naturally have better genes, and so have "better" skin.

Stay out of the sun, but you can't change damage that has already been done.

Use sunscreen and/or a wide brimmed hat.

Drink plenty of water.

Use a good moisturizer both day and night.

Get a professional facial from time to time and ask their advice.

Best of luck!

I am 32 and my mother is 53, and we both love the TimeWise Miracle Set from Mary Kay. It does make your skin look and feel amazing! It includes a 3 in 1 cleanser, moisturizer, day solution with spf 25, night solution to firm and replenish, and your choice of foundation. Which I have come to find is fundamental in a good skin care routine. You can find it here:

This will help >> The basic goal is to remove the toxins from our body. That's what makes you look and feel the way you do.
Here's what you do.
Eat only fresh fruit in the mornings as for breakfast, the fruits is what helps clean our bodies, you can drink juice if you want but only fresh home made juice ( Not from a can or bottle) Around lunch time you'll want to eat above ground veggies like corn, peas and green beans. Those kind of veggies. These are what gives us energy during the day. Please nothing from a can. They won't do u any good at all.
Supper time you'll want to eat those veggies grown below ground like carrots and potatos. Here's the catch The only thing you can cook is the potatos and I would suggest slowly baking those, Everything needs to be eaten raw. The heat in cooking kills the things we need to make us healthy. Nothing processed at all is allowed you'll be defeting the purpose. only clean water to drink ( no tap water , thats some nasty stuff ) no coffee no tea no beer or whiskey no soft drink of any kind.. Abosolutley nothing that is processed and at your best don't cook any of it. at least if you have to cook it cook at extreamly low heat and not for any lenght of time. Oh you can have peanuts almonds ectt... raw no salt sorry no salt or butter to any foods either.

This procedure was taught to me by a medical professional when I use to get pimples as a kid. But I found it helps keep my skin in great condition:

1. HOT Water, hot as you can stand it, on a wash cloth - put over your face, till it cools a little. Do it again. This opens the thousands of pores in your face.

2. HOT Water, hot as you can stand it, on a wash cloth - put two fingers into the cloth, dip on a bar of some type of mild alkali soap (I use a neutral DOVE, unscented for sensitive skin), and start at your hairline gently rubbing small circles. Cover your whole face with this process, changing the position of your fingers, reheating the washcloth, several times. Do you forehead, around eyes, temples, nose, bridge of nose, cheeks, neck, chin, your whole face and neck. This puts soap into your pores, killing bacteria that go there, and melting away the excess oils.

3. Clean off the wash cloth with HOT water, hot as you can stand it. Use this wet HOT cloth to RINSE your face, Repeat - GENTLY - NO SCRUBBING!! You are causing the soap to leave the pores with most of the excess oils and bacteria.

4. Splash HOT Water on your face to complete the HOT rinse.
5. Now, turn on the COLD water, and splash your face - this causes the pores to close up - preventing bacteria from entering your pores.

Your face gets clensed, exfoliated, disinfected, masaged, steamed, and awakened. Do this twice a day.

Feel free to use Age Defying creams after the wash.

Microdermabrasion kits work AMAZING. They keep your skin looking fresh and clean. Also if you put winkle cream on after, it also helps prevent winkles. I recommend the Loreal Microdermabrasion kit. They are also less expensive then doing it professionally and come out with the same results.

I think using Mary Kay cosmetics makes your face look fresh all the time. My mother is 48 and has used Mary Kay for about 3-4 years and her face looks very fresh!

honey- your skin maybe tired and that's o.k. it's earned it! i'd rather look like a smarter, more mature woman than some of these
17-18-19 year old girls they parade around. these young 'uns are just less intimidating to the fragile male ego.

let your wisdom be seen- rock those fine lines, chic!

hmmm, uhh well as in fresh do you mean glow? cuz i can help with glow. if you have a antiblemish soap, always use that before applying any makeup, because even though you might not have pimples it helps remove the dry dead skin which makes your face appear darker.
