I dont drink coffee or tea and have healthy strong teeth and never had a cavity.

it will help some, but you have to really limit your consumption of coffee and tea's...i had whitening done by my dentist, that was 4 years ago. that was the easiest way to get it done!

Be careful with those things. If it has citric acid in the ingredients stay clear of it. I have really strong teeth and have never had a cavity, but I started using a teeth bleaching system available outside the dentist office once and my teeth started to turn translucent! I personally wouldn't use anything that my dentist didn't recommend, so I would consult your dentist first.

It will ruin your teeth if you get it on the gums by burning the enamal away. Use with care!!!!!
