The guy that they cought in the JonBenet case. It's been all over the media this morning. Do you think that he killed the little girl 10 year ago? And why did it take them so long to find him. Does he look like a phycopath to you too?

At this point I would say he is more than likely the killer. He admitted it himself and there would be no gain to him to make it up per se. A lot of psychopaths don't necessarily look 'crazy'. Jeffrey Dahmer had that boy next door appeal which is probably why no one suspected him of committing such heinous crimes. Ted Kaczynski (the uni-bomber) looked like someones fat uncle- not a crazed bomber. You can't judge a book by it's cover just as you can't judge a sane person by his/her looks.
10 years ago, during the investigation, the police suspected this guy but since the investigators were from the drug enforcement part of the police dept. the investigation was faulty at best. One thing Greta van Susteren said last night was that she had read some of the reports 10 years ago and one investigator said in her report that she thought it was the father because there was something about his eyes she didn't trust. With police as incompetent as what handled this case is it any wonder why it took 10 years?

not sure there is a clear physical profile for a psychopath but i understand what your saying........ he doesnt exactly have a look of remorse or even worry on his face!!
he seems to have admitted being 'in love' with little miss jonbenet. he also seems to have a history of being involved with child pornography. clearly he has issues with minors.
but these are only the couple of cases that have come to light so far. Im guessing (and it is only a guess, we dont really know) but im guessing that there might be many more. so yeah..... i think there is every chance that he murdered the 10 year old and probably hurt many more.
reason its taken them so long. possibly because of where he is set up in thailand? not sure
very sad case. his blunt, cold, honesty about what he did shocked me.
reminded me of interviews i saw on a documentary last night with ted bundy. just no realization that their behavior is so very wrong.

I feel funny about the whole thing...I remember seeing a documentary years ago that pointed the finger at some weirdo guy who lived in a trailer park but the evidence was so flimsy they couldn't charge him. Does he seem like a psychopath...I think he does, his face is cold and controlled somewhat, very creepy, but I don't think he killed that girl at all, there is something not right about all of this, things not adding up, as this guys wife seems to think they were in a different state at the time of the murder - Who knows?

he confessed to everything. so yea I would say he's guilty. it took them so long because they didn't know that this guy was in love with their daughter. he used to live by them when they lived in Georgia. when jonbenet was killed they lived in Colorado. this guy is a pedophile. they think he's a suspect in another case involving a child too. just because a person doesn't look like a creep doesn't they aren't one. they come in all shapes and sizes. you can never be to cautious about these things. But yes he is guilty because he confessed.

Have you seen this guys; eyes? They look freaky. He confessed to things that were not publishized by the police and the news. He knew things about the murder, and his DNA matched the crime scene. Sounds like he is the killer to me. the reason they finally nabbed him is because he was corresponding with some professor through the internet. I am proud of the professor by contancting the police. Now Patsy and Jon Benet will rest in peace.

Yes I believe he is the killer, partially because he stated "No" to the 'are you innocent' question. Who knows why it took them so long to find him, he obviously was good at hiding. Lastly, who cares if he looks like a phsycopath, the people who look the least likely to be phsycos are, I mean since when do they actually look like physos? Whether he killed the girl or not, you can't judge his innocence on the way he looks.

The guy definitely looks strange, but I always thought the family was behind it. I don't know, I feel like they paid this guy to take the blame or something. It just doesn't seem right. It is VERY WEIRD that they FINALLY figured it out 10 yrs. later.

He says he's guilty, so what do I know. And what does a psychopath look like? Ted Bundy was both good looking and charming; most killers who get away for a long time look just like anyone else; that's how they get away with it for so long. Did he do it, I don't know, wasn't there. But he's fessed up whether it's true or not.

Well, his ex-wife says she is his alibi. Where they found him puts him in the possible category. He has been writing to the Jon Benet family, according to the news. And yes, he looks like a sociopath to me!!. But, what are looks about anyways? Crazy!! 10 yrs later, after mom dies. Just plain Crazy!!

I was living in Littleton, CO in 1996.
This guy has confessed. Of course that does not mean anything until law enforcement verifies everything he tells them. And I assure you they will.
As far as your question, "Does he look like a psychopath..." goes, let me ask you this. Did Ted Bundy look like a psychopath?
