If you are having sex pregnancy is possible, ejaculation is in two primary steps, the first is usually not noticed, is a fluid to alter vaginal pH and the second, which is usually accompanying orgasm, has millions of sperm, these both are called semen and yes, pregnancy is possible with basically any ejaculation, the guy may not even feel it.

Ejaculation itself is defined as spurting the semen out. It may be natural as in intercourse or artificial as in masturbation If ejaculation takes place inside the vagina, she is likely to conceive if she is in ovulating stage ie. the ovary has released the egg. Normally it happens 12th day after menstruation(Periods).

Yes, if you're having sex with a woman. Semen always comes out when ejaculation occurs...that's what ejaculation is.

There is even a slight chance of pregnancy even if you pull out (if you're not using protection -- (which should always be used unless you're trying to conceive) sperm is released in small amounts throughout intercourse not just at the end.

Yeah - because it only takes one sperm - and he would have to bust a HUGE nut in order for there to be leaks.
