Buy minimizer bras. They aren't really sexy, but they work.

I have the same problem. Every time I buy fresh breasts they are always to big for me. I think to myself how on earth could I possibly fit all of that in there... There just isn't enough space in the pot for that and all the other trimmings. But what I've found is that after heating them for about 20 mins or so alot of the moisture is lost and they seem to shrink down about 40%. The breast from morrisons sometimes go down as much as 50%. This is great.

You can disguise or hide how large they are by wearing big, loose, baggy tops. If your intent is to actually make them physically smaller, the only option is surgical reduction. I'm not saying don't, but if you do, investigate the procedure, investigate the surgeon, in short, make sure you know what you're doing. If your breasts are so large that they're creating postural and back problems, you be able to get the operation covered under your health insurance.

dont wear a bra that has padding. they tend to make the breast size look bigger. also you can try a size bigger for the cup, that will not make them look so tight.
also try bras that dont have heavy underwire.
i can not wear underwire, my breasts are too big and the side of the bra starts to stab me, so i ended up wearing bras that have the support you need without the underwire.
also when you can wear tube tops. u can wear them alone or under a jacket or another shirt, and they tend to not make the breasts look too big.

Other than losing weight if you need to and breast reduction surgery, I don't believe there is any other way to reduce them. I tried looking on the net for breast reduction without surgery and everything that popped up had to do with surgery. Sorry.

Some of the more expensive bra makers have "minimizing bras." I am thinking maybe it was Warner's. Check in the Lane Bryant catalog, also. I wish you luck.

Breast reduction can only be done in an operation, but are you sure that you want to make them smaller?
Most guys love big breasts!
