personality - someone that is easy to get along with and easy to talk to. they have to be somewhat smart too. life is no fun when you have to explain each and every thing to someone.
beauty is only skin deep. when you get old, it is the personality you will have to live with, not the looks.

When we are really young we look for ANYONE! Hormones are racing...it's really not our fault.
As we get a older we look for what is 'fashionable' at the time. Be that big breasts, blond hair, or an 80's perm. Shallow I know (but you did say to be honest), but we are looking for affirmation from our friends.
When we grow-up, then it gets personal and it differs person by person, just as it does for you girls :-)
You'll note that I've not put ages on the stages...some blokes are still in the first stage their whole life.

Forget baking cakes and cleaner... If wanted that would stay at home with mum...
Guys want someone fun exciting and sexy so think of combining Action Bond girl/ Jessic Alba (in dark angel), Avril Lavenge, Lara Croft get the idea? or surfer chick, skaer girl etc. dancer
With ozzying sexaulity and naughtiness FORWARD aproching guys sexaulity... Ie sex should not be a favour or duty but you WANT him and want to lick and touch him and get felt up when ever, bending over in the short skirt minus the undies to say come and fondle me tiger.
With shakeria style ommf
Plus someone who is fun to be with... cheeky, naughty, mouthy (ie smart alec with good put downs to bullies)
out going and playful.
Who likes wearing revieing skimpy clothes or skin tight ones
Kind, nice not a bully or ***** and defensive over those she cares about. Smart, resourceful

Ok for me ...
I look for honesty, care and compassion for others, a sense
of humour, knowledge of self, authenticity and genuineness, integrity, a beaming smile and unselfconscious tear, eyes in which to drown and swim,confidence offset by understanding, adptability, gentleness and strength, power and vulnerabilty, the list could go on but for me those are some of the most important.
Oh there does need to be a level of phsical attraction along with
the undemanding list above but perfection to my eye is NOT a pre-requisite to a relationship forming.

It depends why I'm looking for a woman. As a wife, a one night stand, a mate? The criteria will be different for each one.
The consistent quality would be honesty.

I look for a woman who is pretty, smart, kind, and brave. If you find one that's all four, let me know. So far it's been pick any two if you want her to stay with you, or pick three if you want her to leave you.

I look to see if she's got a wedding ring on ... Then I look at the size of her t*ts and ar*e ... check out her face and legs ... then I tend to wake up and it's just a nasty stain! lol
