Be thankful, I didn't have any symtoms other than being very sleepy. So everyone told me to be thankful... I have heard of people not having symtoms tell later in their pregnancy. So try not to worry. If something were wrong you would know.. You should look at the book "What to Expect When Expecting" It helped me with alot of questions I had during my pregnancy everything is in that book you would love it.

i would think it was normal. I have never heard of a 6 week old being pregnant... Just kidding consider yourself one of the lucky ones Some have symptoms early some have them late. some not at all some all throughout. Just enjoy yourself and from my experience you are about to get the best present you will ever receive. Congradulations

So incredibly normal! Most women say that they do not feel pregnant until they start to show and other people know that they are pregnant! This is why finding out that you are pregnant early is key-to change your eating habits, quit smoking and drinking, and taking care of your body in preparation for the birthing process!

I didn't feel pregnant until i was 6 month and then things started showing and changing.. It is fine if you don't feel pregnant now.. Take advantage of it by exercising and getting you house ready for baby.. because you will get to that 7th or 8th month and it will be hard to move around.
Don't over do things though, you are still pregnant now.
Good luck and congrats.

Perfectly normal. I didnt feel pregnant until I showed. I didnt have morning sickness, so I started wondering if she was really in there or if some terrible mistake had been made. Dont worry, it'll feel more real in a couple of months. And congratulations!

Some women feel at their absolute best while they are pregnant. There are cases where women have gone through their whole pregnancy and not known that they were pregnant.
Most women get the morning sickness, but not all of them. It depends on your body, how sensitive you are to the changes going on as well as many other things.
Be happy you're not suffering with the morning sickness!

Yes, thats very normal. When i was pregnant i didnt feel pregnant the first tri-mester. Until you start to show and feel the baby kick you wont feel pregnant. Just give it about 2 more weeks and your going to wish that you still felt like this. Youll be sick, tired, moody and down right crazy. Give it time. itll happen

Not only is it normal, it is very lucky! I hope that the rest of your pregnancy goes that smoothly! With my son, I did not feel pregnant until I felt him move around 20 weeks, even though I had seen him on the ultrasound.
