History repeating itself. But it takes two! Israel is not alone in this, Islamic radicals pushed the issues.

The land of "Israel" should be split in half. The northern half would be Palestine and the southern half Israel.

In the middle occupying Jerusalem would be the new U.N. HQ with a corridor that divides these lands from the Mediterranean to the Red Sea. Stationed there should be 200,000 man Rapid Reaction Force capable of delivering a serious smack down to ANYONE in the region that acts out of line.

This solution creates peace in the region and gets the U.N. out of New York .

Palestinians Said NO to Peace 8 Times in the Last 65 Years

1) In 1937, when Britain under the Mandate offered the Peel Commission plan.

2) In 1947, when the UN proposed the establishment of two states in the region – one Jewish, one Arab.

3) In 1948, when Israel’s Proclamation of Independence invited the Palestinians to remain in their homes and become equal citizens in the new state.

4) In 1967, when Israel offered to return all the territories conquered in return for peace.

5) In 1978-9, when Israel offered the acceptance of Palestinian autonomy in exchange for peace at Camp David I.

6) In 1993, when Arafat signed the Oslo accords, promised to renounce terrorism and recognize Israel, and then declared on Jordanian television that he had taken the first step “in the 1974 plan.” This was a thinly veiled reference to the “phased plan,” according to which any territorial gain was acceptable as a means toward the ultimate goal of Israel’s destruction.

7) In 2000, at Camp David II when Israel accepted the Clinton Plan and the Palestinians did not.

8) In 2001, when Israel’s PM Ehud Barak offered Yasser Arafat East Jerusalem, 97% of the ‘West Bank’ and 3% compensation from Israel’s territory, in addition to all of Gaza (the Taba Negotiation), and Arafat turned it down without so much as a counteroffer.

EASY to ANSWER.....

because islamic countries ATTACK Israel.....

thereby forcing Israel to DEFEND itself.....

Israel made a big mistake returning territory captured in the Six-Day War. Big mistake. Another big mistake was giving the Islamo-facists a lot of terrorist prisoners for very few Israeli prisoners..... very big mistake. Now the hate-filled fanatic Muslims think they are going to get all conflicts settled with a lop-sided advantage in their favor.

That scenario just tilted the other direction in Lebanon. Hezbollah took a bad bad beating and their ignorant actions caused much death and destruction in Lebanon. The Israelis have had enough of the Islamo-facist-Nazi's petty ignorant attacks.

The attacks are not about getting land back that was NEVER theirs, it is about KILLING all Jews; and anyone else who does not accept the Islamic ideology. It is about EXTERMINATION...... As in Hitler and his Nazi murder machine.

Why are the Islamo-facist-Nazis so stupid? Attacking countries that can kick their azzes.

Why do they parrot communism? ie: brain washing their children and hiding behind women and children and the elderly....

Islam, like communism, seems to be an ideology..... it is NOT right, not human, to worship a religion that orders its people to kill other people.

Short answer: Israel keeps getting attacked.

Israel has not started a single one of the armed conflicts that it has been in with neighboring countries. In every single instance, the other country has fired the first shot.

And whether those countries had a legitimate complaint against something Israel did or not, that act of aggression by its neighbors entitled Israel to defend itself.

Israel doesn't start the attacks. Literally the day after the UN gave them the land in 1948, the mid eastern countries all launched an attack against Israel, and were unsucessful. It has been that way for almost 60 years - so, read up on your history and you will know this is true.

Israel is surrounded by neighbors who vow to wipe them off the face of the map. Their leaders convince their people that all their problems are due to the jews, and have them chanting in the streets "death to israel".

Funny- I don't see Israeli's chanting 'death to Iran' in the streets.

Also- Israeli arabs live peacefully within Israel and have the highest per capita income of any of the 22 surrounding arab countries.

Israel is a tiny country, surrounded by people who want to kill them. They are cornered and fighting every day for their survival and cornered by an anti-semetic world opinion and countries catering to their oil interests. Would we do any different? The latest incursion into hezbollah territory was absolutely a disproportionate response to the original Hezbollah attack- but that was quite intentional. It's a matter of survival for them.

Israel is not in any way threatening its neighbors and is only asking for them to keep their radicals in check. In the latest cease fire treaty with Hezbollah, the lebonese army is moving in, but they have vowed NOT to disarm Hezbollah.

Israel is the victim not the aggressor,it is the Islamic extremist that bomb indiscriminately and kill innocent people.Israelis don't do suicide bombs and hide their weapons in schools and hospitals.Israeli don't use women and children as human shields,Israelis value life ,they do not believe there is more glory in death than life. They defend ,the Islamic extremist make war.
