i know all the girls who answer here are gonna get their panties
in a twist over this, but I'd have to say that this is a gray area
Rape will always be a crime, and will always be morally wrong however, there are occasions and circumstances where one
has to ask themselves "what was said victim doing with the so called rapist at such and such time or place?" its all reletive i suppose. I think some people need to be aware of their surroundings more and practice better judgment. Save for someone just jumping out behind a tree, and raping someone, I'd
say alot of these crimes are like 75% avoidable.

That is a very tough question. Rape cases are always very difficult because people (the victems) often have many reasons to lie:
- their chasticy reputation
- financial reasons
- the ideal way to take vengance on someone.

It is just another way of saying - was it rape - or was it really concensual sex?

If she was asking for it then it's not rape because that would mean she consented. If she was wearing something rather provocative and was forcibly made to have sex, that's rape because she did not consent to it. What a person wears does not indicate a YES.

I dont think they "asked" to be raped, but in some cases, they may seem to be provoking the possiblitiy. Even in these cases, stealing goodies is never ok.
