This smells suspiciously of an application form answer!
If you are being asked this question in a form, it is best to give an answer from your experience. What if you give an answer someone else gave you, and the employers like it, and ask more questions about it. Believe it or not, Employers and recruiters can often tell when your bullshitting them.
If you have never been part of a successful team, maybe this is not a job for you.
Think carefully of your answers, and I am sure you will find one. Have you ever played football for a team that won. Have you worked as a team of call handlers in a call centre. Have you ever been part of a team serving in a busy bar.

i worked for a company that had hand packing lines///we had to work as a team otherwise our product would have landed on the floor!!!....right now i am an independent consultant for a candle company...but i am still part of a team that communicates every day to help us all (all 45 in our team) succeed!! if someone has a question we all try to answer it!!
i love my team and i love selling candles..
