I personally like being called my name. For years all I heard was cupcake, sweetie, honey, dear etc. It gets annoying if they NEVER use your name and don't act affectionate just are saying it because they know it bothers you. It's nice to know once in awhile they know your name. Occassionally though a nickname is sweet but those are so overused they are almost meaningless. He use to call me "peaches" and I liked it. Now I like being called "cutie" sometimes. Mostly it's nice to be called my name.

Baby Girl. Love that one! I also love it when they call me by my real name instead of just petnames.
