Due to ancient racial migrations, any given country has a wide variety of types of appearances (races), so country is not a very useful indicator of attractiveness. There are types that I consider attractive in various countries, among many that are not so attracive. There is also some degree of subjectivity in attractiveness. If I must pick a country, then I'd pick France, because it has a rather attractive type.
