I am better at neither, but good at them both. I write like I talk, and people who know me well comment on it all the time. I know alot of people who can't speak well, but can write the most beautiful things on paper. I know people who can't express their feelings in words, but if you gave them a piece of paper and a pen, could tell you anything you'd ever want to know about their feelings. Me? Not so. I write like I talk and that's all there is to it.

I think that I'm a better speaker. I always make the extra effort to pronounce my words properly & clearly. I am also a good writer though because I usually enter essay competitions and I am always first or second.

My preference is to air my views by speaking. That way I can change the way I sound depending on what I am saying. (Example: sarcasm, anger, emphasis etc.)

Definately a writer, seems easier for me to put what I need to say down on paper than it is as a speaker.

Writer, definitely. I am an okay speaker, but I tend to get nervous in front of large crowds and then I start to stumble through whatever I've written.

Definitely a better writer. You have time to think and elaborate and add details. I won a scholarship for an essay I wrote, but my communications class in college was HELL! I'm extremely introverted and shy and often get nervous or forget what I want to say. I also had a speech problem when I was younger and I'm super paranoid it comes out when I have to do public speaking.
