Well, having a new baby is actually scientifically proven to deplete both female and male brain cells. (So, we parents are technically dumber than we were before we had kids!! J/K. )
Even though that's a fact, I'm just trying to make you laugh. Seriously, though. You may want to go to the doctor. It does sound like vertigo, and that is always a symptom of an underlying disorder. Get checked out.
Be blessed.

Hey, I get that too. And my daughter is also 3 months old. If you figure this out, please let me know! My symptoms are just a really quick feeling of dizziness or falling, and also I feel like I've "spaced out" for a minute (don't know where I am, what's going on, etc.) but it is over so quickly it's almost as if it didn't happen. However, I do suffer from anxiety and mild depression, so I don't know if this has anything to do with it. How about you? I take Zoloft for it, so that helps some...anyway hope you can find an answer soon--I'm sure it must be overwhelming with three children...if you lived closer to me, I'd come and help you out!! :-) Hope things get better soon. God bless.

Are you getting enough sleep? How is your diet?
With 3 kids I can't imagine that you have time to eat or sleep well. It was like that for me when my son was born. You need help - not the professional type - just someone around the house. Is there anyone willing to cook a meal for you, or care for the kids while you do it? I wasn't able to get that kind of help for myself but my husband was amazing.
Eat and get some rest - if possible.

I would maybe go and see either a neurologist or an ENT. It sounds like vertigo, which can be a pain to fix, but usually isn't serious. It could also be blood sugar dips or blood pressure dips. Has the doctor ruled out sugar or pressure issues? If so, maybe you should try the ENT to see if it is vertigo. Good luck!

Pregnancy can cause many different issues, and almost all of them are hormonal in nature. The amount of "worry" is also a contributing factor. Take it easy and relax. Congratulations on your new baby.

Sounds to me it's your blood pressure. Does it occur right after you stand up? the symptoms sound like low blood pressure and your body fixes the problem quickly then you are ok. If you can get ahold of one of those automatic cuffs, take your bp right after you have one of those spells and see if it's low. if that is what is going on you could try to increase your liquid intake and talk to the doctor about your bp.

It sounds like it could just be your hormones, give it another month or so (or even another couple of weeks) and see how you feel. If it doesnt get any better, keep on at your doctor.
