it is hard to say, bcos both dhoni and afridi are all-rounders, dhoni is a hard hitter and a good wicket keeper whereas afridi nowadays is more reliable in batting and a useful parttime bowler

well the conclution of this question will b that both dhoni and afridi r equal.
but d situation based comprision can b made:
dhoni is more reliable, he can play under pressure situations, he is temperamental, can play against all type of bowling attacks, expert in finishing off the matches.

while afridi is blasting, can take away d game in just few overs, useful bowler and fielder. but afridi is not reliable and loose temperamental.

yes afridi takes too much of risk while our dhoni is sensible and a better hitter of the ball

dhoni has to go long, but then certainly he's better than afridi, coz he's consistent

ya, dhoni is better. both of them are big hitter. but what makes dhoni better is, he also plays as the team wants. he has some big innigs in both form of the game, in test matches and in one dayers, that saves the team.

afridi also has played some big inings, but he fails more that 80% of times, when team needs some sensible batting.
