i wouldnt use it if its for business change your location like maybe just in front of a empty wall or mybe even outside

go to a portrait studio and get a picture done there. you need a plain background - the picture you have is way too busy in the background. also, for business purposes, wear a suit. you have a nice face, but try to smile a bit. this will make you look more approachable and warm. all you need is a shot from the chest up.

Dude, seriously...no offense...don't use this pic. I can see you are good looking by your picture, but look happier and replace the khaki green war shirt with something like a white button down or polo. I am not even going there with what this pic reminds me of.
