yes if your car is low on oil or in need of an oil change it will cause your gas mileage to decrease. If the fuel filter is dirty it can also cause you to lose gas mileage.

Oil filter NO Gas line filter if that plugs up you save a lot of gas
but the car won,t run.

yes it can. just had both my fuel filter AND my pcv valve replaced & it has made a significant difference. the oil filter i think is usually changed w/ every oil change...well it is w/ my car when I take it in somewhere at least.

the AIR filter will affect your mileage. if it is too dirty you will be running on a rich mixture.

Yup...especially if it is a gas filter...keep em clean! Change them often!

If it's filthy and you haven't changed it in ages, then yes. It will decrease your mileage.
