For a start, you can use Yahoo! GeoCities. But it has a few limitations like transfer limit, bandwidth limit and ads embedded.
I'm not sure about MySpace though.

Hi you could try www.freewebs.com you get a gallery, web page wizard (really easy to use) and even a page to sell 12 items on via paypal and not fees.

Use freewebs.com, it easy to make your own web sites. NO ADS.
You can get your counter that show how many guest view your site. And they give you many tools, like game, free daily content and many more.

It doesn't sound like you nee a full blown website.
