Whenever I try to forward an e-mail I get some manure about an error. If I add the forwarding addresses from my contacts list, how in the world can there be an error????????????????????

Like an email address in your contacts list can NEVER be wrong...
It can be wrong. Check it and verify that it's been entered correctly...

You need to post the exact error message. I'm not aware of any regarding manure but I'm open to learning something new!

once you're on that digital mail website, there's a forward button up there,press that once which you put in the e-mail handle of the guy you desire to deliver it to and hit deliver. desire it helps
