I created a custom toolbar in excel 2000. After i deleted it it keeps reappearing after i reopen excel.?

How do I keep it deleted permenately?

Go to View at the top of excel. click on toolbars, and uncheck your custom toolbar....

You may hide it by right click on the toolbars empty space and select customize...
