There would be five locations that could link two teams via public transportation. They are:
New York (Yankees and Mets)
Chicago (White Sox and Cubs)
San Francisco/Oakland (A's and Giants)
Los Angeles (Angels and Dodgers -- although it would be more of a bus series)
Baltimore/Washington DC (Orioles and Nationals -- there is public transportation between the two, just $7 each way on MARC trains)

The Giants/A's matchup was/will be called the "Bay Bridge" series

If the Angels and Dodgers face each other it might be called the I5 series.

the Cubs/White Sox match up could be called the Red Line series since both stadiums are on the CTA Red Line.
