It's okay to look, but don't stare like you'v e never seen a woman before like some guys do. And there are those of us who have more pronounced fparts of our bodies that are going to be visible nomatter what we wear. I learned that regaurdless of if I wear a Tshirt and jeans or a cute little dress people are going to look at my chest, it's a fact of life, so I wear what I feel like putting on when I wake up in the morning.

Because they aren't really getting mad. its just a front. they knew what they put on when they left the house. They knew it was tight and skimpy when they put it on. What female doesn't know that tight and skimpy clothes are going to attract attention! Its like they know it will but they either suppress the fact or just FRONT!

Because one side of their brain is not communicating with the other side. On one side they want to look sexy and attract men. On the other side, when they attract men they don't like most of them. The middle part of their brains are asleep, so they don't think of dressly modestly and having any class to attract a better class of man and appealing more to their brains than their animal instincts. Than again, a lot of them don't think they could attract men any other way. If you put 3 women lined up, one woman dressed like average, one woman dressed very tastefully, and one woman in a tight dress with her nipples showing,, most men will focus on the nipples and ignore the other two.. am I right?

It depends on how he's looking and who she's with... A subtle look is appreciated... Also, a smile, a nod, graciousness... If she has a man with her, think! You don't need to start trouble for her by leering... And when alone, leering will make her feel like you're a serial rapist... In other words, DON'T leer at a girl who isn't a friend, girlfriend, or getting paid to put up with it... Show manners while "admiring" and you'll get a MUCH better reaction... P.S. tecsklls9 - you're wrong!!!

Just don't look like a creep while doing it! And don't just stare, approach and say hello; women dress sexy to feel sexy and perhaps meet a nice guy, not to just be glared, drooled and winked at.

Because when we dress like that it is not necessarily for you! Stop thinking with your bladey peckers and use your brain: Maybe we dressed like that for our partner or somebody we are going to meet!

There is also looking at a girl and undressing a girl with your eyes....we can see it and we hate it!!

lol.....things a man will never know...lol

The solution to that problem is don't look at their bodies, but make a polite comment about the clothes instead!

I'm a female, and I completely agree with you. You don't wear those kind of clothes for comfort - you wear them for attention. There's a difference between sexy and trashy - sexy is not quite as obvious.

I don't know it's pretty stupid though. Obviously they dress like that for ATTENTION but get mad if it's not the attention they wanted.
When I wear something sexy I don't get mad if someones checking me out but I'm always with my Hubby where ever I go and he will.
I don't go out without him.
