Glass and either metal or wood frame work. Probably some putty holding the panes in place. Maybe a concrete floor too.
And you need to have the obligutory tomato plant by the door.

There are no bricks in a green house. An agricultural Matt canopy is used to camouflage plantation from excessive direct sunlight - which filters thru the canopy.
Thus to maintain a good controlled climate for the plantation within - sometimes a glass surrounding could be used for protection from animals and burglars keeping the sunlight coming in from all sides.

And windows made from glass or perspex depending on how expensive the one you buy is
