Despite your ranting, more innocent people are going to die there WHETHER WE ARE THERE OR NOT. In case you hadn't noticed, the anti-democratic, anti-freedom Sunni insurgents have been murdering innocent Iraqis for the past 3 years using terrorist methods. And now some Shiite death squads have been returning the favor.
It won't *magically* get better if we pack up and leave, Einstein, because they're NOT FIGHTING US. They're fighting their own government now, and have been since the first elections.
Our presence now is what is preventing the situation from spiralling into a bloody civil war.
And you people would ignore the unnecessary deaths and destruction that would occur in the aftermath of our withdrawl, just as you ignored the terrible fates of millions after our withdrawl from Vietnam.

If you want to place blame, why don't you look at the previous administration. For 12 years, Saddam defied UN sanctions. For 12 years, he continued to carry out the murders of his own people who disagreed with him or had a different ethnicity than him. Hom many more Kurds how to be poisoned in Northern Iraq before the UN actually enforced its sanctions? 12 years this went on. Saddam defied 17 UN sanctions and nothing happened. Why? Well France, Germany, and Russia all hand their hands in the "Oil-For-Food" cookie jar, taking bribes from Saddam to not enforce these sanctions.
At the same time in the US, while US territories (USS Cole, Kenyz & Tanzania Embassies, WTC in 1993, Kobar Towers, etc.) were being attacked by terrorist, funded by terrorist countries such as Iraq, Iran, Syria, Saudi Arabia were funding some of the same terrorists that we are fighting today, Bill Clinton was ignoring any and all international conflicts while pleasuring himself with the fat girl from outside his office.
I am glad that for 8 years, the best interest of the US was of high importance with our national leader. There is nothing like bombing Kosovo to distract the nation from you sexual escapades.
Even if we were to pull out of Iraq now, the consequences within the entire region would be the rest of the world in jeopardy. There is no way that we pull out right now and Iran doesn't pull into Iraq and further threaten the region.
Don't be afraid to educate youself before forming an opinion. Too many conservatives and liberals these days ignore the facts that the past has created the present.

If you want to solve the problem in Iraq and indeed in all the middle East let Israel ends its occupation to Arab lands and let Palestine be a free nation. This is the core problem from which all other problems in the area come from.Bush is fighting the wrong war.You have to understand that many of the present incidents in Iraq are caused by the MOSAD agents to start a civil war in Iraq to keep the world busy of what is happening in Gaza and the west bank

Civilians were demise in Iraq earlier the U. S. were given there. Why are people purely in touch about Iraqi civilians being killed now that the U. S. is there? apparently it became completely wonderful even as Saddam killed Iraqi people and apparently it type of feels that lots people imagine that could want to have continued. I went to Iraq. not because of WMDs, yet because if not something else, the position needs to be fastened. no matter if Bush became arrested for "conflict crimes" day after today, that doesn't change the previous and does not change what needs to be in Iraq at present. yet apparently people seem to imagine we ought to continually only pull out and each and every of the killing will magically supply up. So do not attempt to inform people why we volunteer to flow to Iraq, you do not recognize and also you do not talk for us.

he will only understand this when he takes all the oil and gold in iraq, kills all people there and gives the land to israel. yeah it is amazing that he had to fight a war that he had nothing to do with. these people lived with their own president. if he had been a butcher and he tortured them, at least not almost a 100 of them were killed every day. at least they were alive and they saw their children alive... he took away everything from them.. iraq was never a threat to the US. they found no weapons or nukes there. the ones he supposedly started all the war over. i agree with u but differ only in one point. if a group of saudis or afghans are terrorists and have made terrorist acts in USA, all saudis and afghans did not do it or approve of it. then also he shouldn't have started a war for it. there are lots of innocent people killed everyday because of these wars. they had nothing to do with those terrorist acts and never approved of them

Huh'... sad isn't it? One of the things that I'm embarassed about this country, that it ALWAYS sticks it's naughty nose in other's people's/countries businesses!!! Right?!?! We have nothing to do in Iraq or in any other country. If this country wants to protect us, then get their asses HERE and protect us, not go half across the world to kill people who don't deserve to die (innocent people). Unfortunatelly, no one seems to care how many people die, which also means, people don't care WHO dies as long as THEY don't die.

Does GW understand anything except Oil and Power?
And the recruitment ad for the USA Army really needs to change. It currently says " Join the USA Army, and fight in a country of your choice!"

Plenty of innocent people would be dying there with or without US presence, just as they were before and will be afterwards.
