Is it true Magic Mountain is going out of business?

I have heard the news that six flags is closing is it true or is it just gossip? And please answer to my question if you know the truth.

Yes, they are going out of business at the end of this year. They need to stay open to honor the season ticket holders. They will move all of the rides to the different Six Flags theme parks across the US, and turn the park into homes.
