Different for evrybody.
For me, I reckon it was about 52, but I don't feel old now, at 59. However, I don;t feel young either.
I remeber whae I was 17, the 30 seemed really old, but the idea of young and old changes as life progresses.
Some say you are old when the policemen look young!!

When I was younger, I thought that when you had grand-children you were very old, then I became a Nan at 35, so that theory went out of the window, my granddaughter is now 20, and my children say," why do`nt you act your age, not your shoe size" so I guess I am still waiting to get old.

The highly respected Chambers English Dictionary used to define "middle age" as "an indeterminate period between youth and old age, variously reckoned [calculated] to suit the reckoner". This Edinburgh-published dictionary used to be famous for slipping in the occasional humorous definition of this kind (eg "eclair - a pastry long in shape but short in duration"), but editorial spoilsports have been weeding them out of recent editions.
