Not another "Saturday" per say, but another day in the weekend.

Yes! I got lucky though, I have one tomorrow; my company works on a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off. I've been working lots of overtime the last few months, but tomorrow we can't work because of system maintenance, so I'll be enjoying my first three day weekend in a while. Too bad I have to clean the house, haha!

For a minute i thought you were asking to make our week longer and just have Sunday as our weekend!! lol!! I agree with you, we should have 2 Saturday's and then followed by a Sunday. Wouldnt this be better though...a week will be known as the weekend and the weekend will be our time to work or go to school??? 2 days of work/school - SOUNDS GOOD TO ME!!

I am all for working 10 hours 4 days a week so I can always have 3 day weekends. Trouble is, most corporate jobs in America are standardized at 8am-5pm 1hr lunch 5 days a week.
Four days labor, three days rest is definitely the way to go!
Now, I can't make up my mind ... is it better to have Friday's off or Mondays off? Would you want Thursday to be the new "Friday" or would you want Tuesdays to be the new "Monday"?
Hmmm, decisions, decisions!

YES!! I would work 4 10 hour days for a 3 day weekend. The weekends go by TOO fast.

YES - I just told my friend that we should work for 2 days and get 5 days off. But still get paid for 5 days, of course.

It would put the Gregorian Calendar we use out of whack if we switched to 8 days a week.
