You mentioned that you're not a big water drinker. You may be suffering from a mild case of dehydration. It is usually worst first thing in the morning cuz you've just gone all night without any fluids.
Coffee doesn't help because it is a natural diuretic. Try drinking a 12 oz glass of water every night right before bed. If you wake up during the night to go to the bathroom have another small glass of water before you go back to bed.
This should help with the headaches..
By the way, this is also a good cure for hangovers because most hangovers are also caused by dehydration because alcohol is a strong diuretic.
Hope this helps... :)

Chek out the chapter on headaches in Prescription for Natural Cures by Balch & Stengler. If these remedies don't give relief seek help from a good internist. Persistent headaches may be symptomatic of serious medical condtions.

If your period is almost 2 weeks late, you should be getting a positive result by now. However, every woman's body is different and it may just take longer for you to get a positive. You should wait another week and then take a test, there should be a strong enough result by then to read it accurately. In the mean time, act like you are pregnant. Take prenatal vitamins and don't drink or smoke. I had similar symptoms before I found out I was pregnant, so it's very likely you are pregnant too. Good luck.

more water, less coffee.
watch your sleeping habits too.. you may be pinching something also.
AND when was the last time you went to a doctor? get that blood pressure checked out.
believe me. go get the blood pressure checked.
i used to have headache pains in the morning so bad i'd barf and my nose would bleed.
i put it off checking my blood pressure.
then i had such severe pains in my neck, back.. then it went to my eyes and they bursted, turned all red and black.. then a week later putting up with it i went blind.
went to the e.r. they found out i had 280/190 (malignant hypertension) and i stayed in icu 2 for a week with the dying people.
blah.
they put me on a machine and everything to drive my blood pressure down.
(this is just to scare you into going to the doc...) it may not be blood pressure, it may be.
could be a pinched nerve too.
you could suffere morning migranes.
so on.
could be easily correctable such as diet and the way you sleep to.. controlling blood pressure and cutting down the caffiene.

I had the same problems. First, I was told to drink lots of water. that helped a lot. I was also told to take iron ( and a muti vitamin ) as I was borderline anemic. My doctor started me on a lo-dose thyroid medication as well. Now I am fine. Make sure you aren't smoking, or drinking alcohol at night. Hope this helps, but you should see your doctor.
