ok, last night, i was trying on my eyeliner for practice and when i was getting my non-waterproof one (so itll come off easier), i accidently picked my waterproof one. they are both the same color so i just randomly picked the waterproof eyeliner without knowing it. after i tried it on, i tried to rub it off...it never came off until i rubbed it so hard it was red. it didnt bother me for the rest of the night. until i got up. now it stings and it is swelling. what can i do???

Don't rub your eye anymore to remove mascara. Use a little baby oil on a cotton ball.

Go to the doctor. You irritated the eye and hopefully you did not scratch it. Sounds like it's just sore and red. You need some special drops. Hope it feels better. Stay away from eyeliner for while (especially) the waterproof.!!

Give it some time. Like 24 hours. Your eye is the fastest healing part of the body. Then go buy some eyeliner remover so you dont need to rub it anymore.

Sounds like you have conjunctivitis (pink eye). Go to the Dr immediately. It is highly contagious. If that is the problem the Dr will tell you to use medicated eye drops or give you a prescription for antibiotics. Oh and if you do have it , throw both of those eyeliners away.

You should go to the doctor, i had a similar problem one time. And on your way home from the doc, pick up some makeup remover so next time, you wont have to rub so hard and injure yourself. It usually works best on those little cotton pads.

Flush it with water or eye wash. If that doesn't work, you might be having an allergic reaction and I suggest you call a doctor.
