Hi EL TORO ITALIANO ...I can understand what you're trying to say but unfortunately nobody will ever understand that Italy was the better team and we are the Champions.
I've come to accept criticism from everyone it seems to be part of my life's routine..But I want to say something else..the only ones criticizing are the French or people that support the French team. It's totally discusting the kind of language people use in this forum. There was a time when this section was one of the best forums where you can discuss soccer with no problems whatsoever,but now it's become a disgrace to the meaning of soccer.

I very much agree with you, even though I'm not Italian, but I was a fan of their team. Honestly, the people throwing all of these insults should consider that the team doesn't necessarily represent the entire country's behaviour. The criticisms, i.e. cheaters, divers, etc., are basically false stereotypes that many have led to believe. The reality is that Italy didn't cheat any more than any other team.

Look at it this way ...
Matarazzi (Italy) insulted Zidane (France) for only few minutes in the game.
Italy hater in Yahoo Answers insulted Italy for days or months in the cyberspace.
Who is worse??
If you don't like the way Italian player did, why would you haters do the same thing and use even worse comments?? Doesn't make much sense to me, you haters need to stop cursing one's country!

I support Italy after my country team.but If you mean the questions about materazzi and the similar questions.materazzi destroyed mind after the final match because zidane is a very popular player in the world

pure jealousy; can't undo the fact that Italy is the champion. ignorance knows no bounds the same would have happen if German,Portugal,or the US had won. Problem is everyone wanted France or Brazil to win and neither did. SORRY - Il AZURRI PER SEMPRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
