Can u tell if someone has blocked your e-mails? Does the mail come back or is there some message that pops up? How can u tell?

in some cases a message will pop up but if you don't ever respond they will find out.

It depends on the e-mail program you are using. I think most times you do get an error message back from the provider stating that your e-mail didn't go through with a lot of electronic mumbo jumbo why it didn't
