Sometimes, yes, but then I remember that I appreciate it when people are polite to me so I try to give what I like to receive.

Never be tired of being polite. Take an extra minute to be polite as all people are really needy and you never know what major problems are in their lives.

I must admit it does get very frustrating when I am polite to others and they are rude in return. Manners go a long way!
I've been told several times I'm "too nice" and I get taken advantage of a lot. Maybe I should try being mean now!

Not as a rule but sometimes I have an urge to be incredibly rude. I hardly ever am though. Usually it's enough for me to imagine I'm being rude to people who really bother me. I must say I'm quite amused by that and then I don't feel the need to actually act out rude to them. My colleagues and I are really rude to each other, but only in a fun way 'cause we actually like each other a lot.

I strive to be polite but sometimes I fail. I am usually always in a pretty good mood but sometimes I say things without realizing that what I have said may offend.

I find that if I'm polite to others, they're usually polite to me. And I like that.
If someone is rude to me, I may try to be polite in return, just to see if it helps. If not, why bother with them?
On the other hand, don't make me angry. You won't like me when I'm angry. (David Banner, The Incredible Hulk television series)

Well since I don't work for WalMart or a hospital, I think I have the right to be rude when I see it necessary. But if you say hi to me I will say hi back.
