Superdrug sell Barry M products which are not tested on animals and are reasonably prices and look good too. Try also the Body Shop for cosmetics too. (If you are in the UK that is?!!)

No ladies, you're all behind the time - the answer used to be Body Shop - Anita Roddick sold out to L'oreal. There is therefore no guarantee anymore that Body Shop products haven't in some way been tested on animals.

The Body Shop, or Lush. BUT! Although the make up itself may not have been tested on animals, always ask in the store if they can guarantee that the actual ingredients used to produce the make up havn't! It used to be a loophole that a lot of companies used, declaring their stuff to be non-animal tested but not telling you that the ingredients were.
There used to be a company called "Cosmetics to Go" who were really good, they had a mail order catalogue. Havn't seen one in years, but keep an eye out for them.

the department stores in your nearest mall are a good place to start. i also think that Mary Kay is a good company to go with. They don't test on animals and they have great customer service. Use the link at the bottom of this paragraph to find a consultant. many times, the consultant will even bring it to your house or office so that you don't have to make a special trip to go anywhere!

Again - Body Shop. But I'm pretty sure Tescos own brand is not tested on animals, and is pretty cheap.
