The secret to success is taking responsibility for your failures and learning from them so you can be more successful in the future. Playing the blame game makes you a petty loser. Every great person has had some failures along the way. If you want to be great, take full responsibility for the consequences of your mistakes and failures. When you succeed at something, never fail to give credit to all those who helped you. Then you will be successful.

We are to accept responsibilities for our own actions and lack of actions. To many try to blame others, you will never be successful that way.
Failures are opportunities for us to learn from, to grow from. Everybody has failures, it is a part of life. What you do about those failures will determine your success rate.

The secret to success is a continuing effort in what you seek to accomplish. Blaming someone for your blunders is a cop out and nothing gets resolved.

Succcess is all about ups and downs, it is when you goes and cannot get up you can be termed a failure.
Therefore failure is an ingredients of success, if you dont fail you cannot succed.
Blaming something for your failure is like failing to get up when you fail.

only if you realize that for every accusing finger that you point, three fingers point back to you.
bottomline: its healthier to always do a top-down analysis of your problems. look for all the +signs ALREADY in place, instead of wallowing on the negatives and work from there.
blaming other people would get you fixated on the spot; no success there. just put your goals in front of you and go for them: easy ones, doable ones, observable ones, measurable ones. assess yourself from time to time.
the only secret i know to success lies deep within you: inner drives.

Actually a person can "try" and fail many times, but doesn't become a failure UNTIL he begins to blame someone else.

No, it's knowing that nobody is at fault but you. You are responsible for your failures and your success. Only you can make your life what you want it.
