typical Gatorade is too much for most situations, you need more water than all the nutrients in Gatorade, so either switch back and forth, or water it down some.

if you're stomach is completely empty, water, but if you have something in you, gatorade. but make sure that it won't taste nasty or else you'll throw up all over the place!
