First watch other people. Look at what their face and body does when they are for example agreeing or disagreeing. Watch actresses and actors on TV. Ask yourself what do they do. If someone is supposed to be nervous to they cross their arms? Their legs? They are trained for body language.

Their are many books on the subject. Hop on to E-bay or on on line book store like http://used.addall.com/ and view new and used books under the keywords body language.. Their are all kinds including body language for all occasions. Get onto search engines and review websites on the subject.

It is a subject that interested me a lot and I found it very valuable in communicating to others. I found a couple of books with pictures that helped a lot. I also found it useful when I didn't want to share information or keep a secret.

When talking to people leave long pauses between words and stare straight into thier eyes without smiling.It helps to make people feel at ease and gives you an enormous sense of superiority.

keep eye contact - wandering eyes indicate not listening properly and possible boredom, keep hands visible without twiddling and fiddling. tilt head slightly to one side expresses interest in the other.
