Prosthetic justice, aims at modifying the 'status quo', which is different from the notion of conservative justice according to which a man's due is decided as that which he has a right or is entitled. It is Raphael who propounded the theory of prosthetic justice which was some what analogous to the concept of 'ideal justice' by Sidgwick.

Prosthetic Justice? That might not be what you are looking for, how about Poetic Justice? Poetic Justice is when karma comes around and smacks you. For instance if you cheat somebody in a deal it is poetic justice if it turns out the guy you cheated ends up ahead after all.
