does anyone know why benefitial bacteria is used for germination of seeds?

i have this ad for seeds and it says "germination concerns? vaccinate your seeds! 80% germination guaranteed when you use benefital bacteria." whats the deal with the vaccinating seeds? how will it help the seeds germinate?

I never heard that bacteria are beneficial for germinating seeds.
In fact, one should use sterile material for germination.
