i'm adding rams and i need to run system configuration program how can i run it

Not sure but I think this may be what your after.
Go to the start menu, select run, and type msconfig.exe then click ok.
It should load the system configuration program, if your running Windows that is.

If you are installing memory, then the msconfig is pointless.
I think you are referring to the BIOS in this case. As your computer starts normally pressing the DEL or F2 key will boot you into the BIOS setup.
However, if you are just installing memory, and it's the same kind of memory, you shouldn't have to worry about booting into BIOS or any system configuration.
