Sure, I have had loads of "ghostly" experiences. I was working as a nurse in a nursing home and the CNA and I were repositioning a patient, when we both heard this wispering right behind us, loud wispering, we turned around to see what it was, and there was NO ONE there, it sounded like a bunch of people standing right next to us, but wispering to each other, that same night we were sitting at the nurses station when we heard a large thud coming from the second floor assisted living area, and when we went to see if someone had fallen, they were all sleeping quietly in their beds, the only thing noticable was a bedroom door that was shut and not normally like that, we went in to check on the lady and she was crying saying that the lights flickered and the door slammed shut.......CREEPY
Another thing that happened to me, is that when my husband and I moved into his dead grandparents 100 year old home, I would here things at night, like doors opening and shutting and chairs sliding on the kitchen floor, and whenever I was alone in that house I just felt like someone was following me around. I started having very eerie dreams, in one dream I was pulling my 1 year old son down a flight of stairs and then banging his head into the fireplace, with some old man watching me, and telling me that it was the right thing to do, I woke up screaming and sobbing. 2 weeks later there was a story on the news about a woman in Florida who had done to her child exactly what I was doing in my dream, and she told the police that there was a man forcing her to do it.......WEIRD! I don't know exactly what that was about, some kind of psychic experience, or was there some evil spirit trying to make me hurt my child, and when it didn't work on me they found someone else? In that same house, I woke up one morning to find adult size hand prints going all the way across the 25 ft high ceiling beams in the "great room" they had never been there, but were extremely visible and even my husband thought that was eerie........I made him move out of that house ASAP, even though it was a gorgeous mansion on the river in Conecticut, we sold it and got out!So, I do believe in ghosts or spirits.....I also believe that some are evil and some aren't

My brother and my aunt say they saw many ghosts at her flat. At last, I saw something weird too. I awoke at 3:00 AM or so, and it seemed that a woman was floating across the room by a door. There was a halo of light around her head, and her feet were a foot or so above the floor. My brother would pull the sheet over his head and tell everyone about the ghost he saw, but I walked over to it. A light was shining through a window onto a calendar with photos of scenery, and my mind turned it into a lady's head. Her body was just patterns on the wallpaper. I saw a "man" floating by the bedroom door when I was age six. I pulled the blanket over my head and dozed. It is too late to check on this, but my theory is that it was Dad's "Long Johns" underwear hanging on the door. They would have a somewhat human shape. Dad told about playing a prank on his brothers when they lived in a rural area. He put a sheet over a big sign near a bridge. Haskell came along first. When he saw the makeshift spook, he ran to the stream and followed it home, rather than continuing on the road. Sam soon arrived. He yelled at the thing and threw stones at it. It was knocked down, and he looked closely at it. There are several more incidents my relatives recounted in which a believer would run and say he saw a ghost, but a skeptic like me checks closely to see what the "ghosts" really are. My brother took me to places where he had seen ghosts the night before or the week before. I saw nothing weird at all.

Out of the mouth of babes... My friend had a brother Paul (names changed) and a son Joe (names changed)He was 3 at the time. Joe looks just like Paul, When looking in a mirror Joe sometimes see "the other man" looking back at him. One night there was a horrible thunderstorm, the lightning lit up the sky, thunder made the trailer shake. You know one of those good ole south Texas thunderstorms, I love them! anyway Little Joe told his mother "The lightning is OK i am not scared, the thunder scares me, it makes me think of what the the man did to me." You see Paul died years before from a gunshot wound, to this day the police do not know if it was suicide or murder. Before this happened I always knew Baby Joe was an old soul, he knew more than a 3 year old should, his eyes told a story. This is true, and for some crazy odd reason i see the bottom half of a man from time to time, or i see a person's leg when they have just passed a corner in my parents house my sister see him too. My parents live in a super old fully restored barn, the person we see is turning the corner going down the hall, but in the original barn he would have been going out the back door. I could keep going and going but i have said enough.

The simple answer is no. There isn't enough room! If every dead person became an invisible entity, then you would constantly be touching one, which I find extremely hard to believe. It's all because humans refuse to except the unknown, so they make up what happens after death. People believe that there is more to a person then the bio materials they are made up of, and so the concept of ghosts is created and countless generations believe in them.

My grandfather was a seaman and got back late one night from a long trip and was too tired to make it home so went to a fisherman's B&B. There was only one small attic room left and he took it.
The next morning he joined the other men for breakfast and was asked where he had spent the night and he told them. He was given strange looks by all and was asked what kind of night he had spent. When he said a good one nobody believed him.
Eventually he was told there was a ghost visited the room and tickled the feet of anyone who tried to sleep there so they could not get any rest.
"That's alright" said grandad, "I was so tired last night, I didn't undress and slept with my boots on!"

I dont know if I believe in ghosts. THough i know that once i was walking into my living room and out of nowhere a crow appeared and flew straight at my head attacking me. I ducked in time. The crow flew out the closed window, turned around to give me a nasty look and then flew off. I know it sounds funny but i SHAT myself. A friend much later told me that attacking crows mean that the person was meant to die but didnt and so the crows are angry becuase they couldnt finish their job. It really scared me. i KNOW i wasn't supposed to die. Why am i still be alive? I don't believe in being able to escape death and so i discarded my friends answer. i still don't know what the whole crow thing was about, but for now I'll just forget about it.
ALso, im not intersted in hearing other's theories on this. I'm just telling my story.

Yes, I believe in ghost and spirits. Here's a couple of things that has happened.
When I was 15 my 5 year old nephew and I were the only ones home. He was in the den watching a movie and I was in my room around the corner watching TV. All of a sudden my nephew came running to me scared saying "P...you saw the man, it's a man in the house, you saw the man!" when I asked him what man he said that a old man peeped at him from around the corner and smiled at him. When I asked him what corner he said it was the one by my room. My door was wide open and my TV was right next to the door and I hadn't seen anything. so I asked him what the man looked like. He said that he looked like an older vervion of our uncle. I dug out a picture of my grandfather, before I could get it out good he said "that's him! that's Old Uncle!" My grandfather had died over 30 years before that when my brother and sistre were children. I explained to my nephew, as my mother had explained to me as a child, that if he see's a spirit in the house not to worry because it's family and they would never hurt us. During my time living there I saw my Grandmother and years later when my uncle died I would see him, and hear the chair squeak in his spot every Sunday morning which was when he would come over when he was alive. One of my brother's old girlfriends saw my grand father walk across the front room from one bedroom to antoher early one morning.
I was in Georgia spending the summer with another brother when I was 18 when his answering machine started rewinding on it's own, well my brother had just gotten voice mail and there was no tape in the machine. I cut it off and a few minutes later it would come back on. this went on for about 20 minutes before I started getting scared. My brother was at work and it would be hours before he would come home. I said 'OK it's not funny anymore!' and it stopped.
Believe what you want, but there is more to life than what we see.

My mom died just over 7 years ago, at her funeral an elderly lady came up to me and said she was very sorry I had lost my mom, that she was a lovely person and always smiling and very kind, I gave this lady a hug and said thank you to her for her kind words, I turned to my husband to say, how nice the lady had been saying that, turned back and she was gone, didn't really think much else about it as there were so many people talking to me that day, later that night one of my aunties took some old photographs out of her bag to give to me, on one of those photos was the lady who had spoken to me earlier in the day, I said to my husband and aunt, oh, there she is, that's the lady who spoke to me today at moms funeral, my aunt looked and me and said that's impossible love as Dora (the lady in the photo) died the year before you were born, I know I spoke to her and she was at my moms funeral but everyone else things I imagined it, having never met the lady before or ever having seen a picture of her till that day how could I have done, sure was spooky me though.

I got one from my families own experience. One night my Dad fell asleep on the couch while reading and my Mom was up stairs asleep in bed. My Dad woke up and looked over across the room and at the foot of the stairs looking up was the ghost of my Grandmother who died before I was born. The next morning my Dad told the story to my Mom and she said she had seen the same image looking up the stairs at her!
Not too scary but it's true.

i know that ghosts are real. i've seen quite a few. this one time, my 6 yr old brother was in the hospital with cancer and he was getting pretty bad. well anyways when i left the hospital that day i told him that i loved him so much. that night i was on a date and my clock in my car started messing up. it kept saying 2:16 and 14:32. i was like what the.....and i asked the guy i was with if he saw that to and he had. we didn't think much of it. well i got home that night and as soon as i walked in the door my mom called form the hosptial and my brother had died. .....................14:32 means " i love you too" like on a pager. (143 is i love you ) anyways my brother told me he loved me beofre he died. ..........................then at my wedding in the pictures they is a white blob above my head. i thought at first that it was just some messed up pictures until i looked at them and noticed that the blobs were hearts. all of the white blob were in the shape of heart. ..................these have not been my only experinces but, some of the best. so yes i think that ghosts are really..........on a different note my son sees ghosts also. he plays with his " imaginary" friends all day long. they are his best friends. he's only 16 months but, he knows them by name.
