They are my favorite band, and a lot of people that I know have never heard of them. Just wanted to see how many other people actualy like them too. Oh and if you are, what's your favorite song by them? Mine is probably In Memory, 45, or Fake.

Not a favorite band but an amazing live band. I have seen them 3 times and would probably see them again if given the chance. 45 is a great song by the way.

I love Shinedown. They are one of my favorite bands of all time. The song Save Me is theirs. Its from the album Us and Them. I like their first CD, Leave a Whisper, more. Songs from that album include 45, Burning Bright, Fly from the Inside and Stranger Inside. Other good songs from Us and Them are Begin Again, Heroes, I Dare You, and Lady so Divine. Their singer is Brent Smith. Shinedown has covered Simple Man by Lynyrd Skynyrd and One by U2. They have a live DVD called Live From The Inside. Shinedown rocks.

I like the songs, but lyrically, they are the weakest band in the history of rock.
From .45- "send away for a priceless gift, one not subtle, one not on the list. Send away for a perfect world, one not simply so absurd"
Seriously, what the HELL is that? Subtle doesn't even really work for the context, or rhyme! They have good tunes, if you shut your brain off, but only then.
