Best I could do is

XXII / VII = Π

i.e.( 22/7=pi )

I would move one of the I's from VII and place it vertically over the equals sign so you have 23 / 6 does not equal 2.

I like the idea with 22/7 = Pi, but strictly speaking 22/7 does not equal Pi.
