You don't convert volts to amps. Voltage refers to the electrical pressure and amps refers to the volume of electricity flowing in a circuit.

If you need a battery charger, pick one up at any auto parts store or most mass merchandisers such as Wal-Mart or Sears.

if u refer to the 110 volts as ac voltage the just connect a series of diodes to alter the wavelength of electricity to dc then determine the resistence in the circuit to get an amount of amperage potential viola!!

Huh?? Volts ain't amps,never were, never will be.Just buy a battery charger if thats what you want.
