I'm thinking about building a new desktop. I'm a regular reader of maximum pc but those mobos are ridiculously pricey and way beyond my purposes. I'd like a new setup that can handle heavy burning, graphic apps like CS2 & Macromedia apps, and keep up with the current trends NOT the current gaming community. Any ideas? Thanks.

i might in basic terms purchase or build an entire new pc. Your computers exceedingly old and because your pc is call style its unlikely you will in basic terms have the skill to commerce motherboards and cpus without subjects. considering that maximum call branded pc have particular aspects that are made to easily slot in there case of there computers so which you will no longer replace them or improve them. maximum those days motherboards require greater power and often have greater connectors then the old computers have. AGP is presently on the tip of its clever existence. There are not many sturdy new AGP enjoying cards on the industry there all know PCIE or PCIE 2.0. base line there is rather no think approximately upgrading your cutting-edge equipment via fact it does not easily count what you upload your unlikely to work out the variety of overall performance earnings your finding for.
