Present and Future is totaly depends on Past, so If u want to live at present and going into future u need to remember Past at every moment of life.....because Present and Future is totally depends on Past experiences......it makes easy to live.

As in, how past lives have we had? Or how many do we "review?" As I always tell people who ask me that:
"I have lived a thousand lives, and not of them's been peaceful." Does that answer your question?
