It is hard to tell. Everyone is different and every pregnancy is different. It could happen in a couple of hours or it could take a couple of weeks.

It varies.
I was 4 cm dialated for 2 weeks. Then I went from 5 to 10 in 1 hour.
So anywere from a few months to an hour or two. LOL

It depends, every woman is different. My best friend just had her 3rd child and she was dilated 2cm for almost 3 weeks before giving birth (she was also almost 2 weeks overdue).

there is no "pat" answer (even when you're anxious) - babies come when they're ready. You can labor longer with the second and third child, just as easily as shorter times.

It all depends on the baby. Each time will be different for everyone.
