It is hard to tell. Everyone is different and every pregnancy is different. It could happen in a couple of hours or it could take a couple of weeks.

It varies.

I was 4 cm dialated for 2 weeks. Then I went from 5 to 10 in 1 hour.

So anywere from a few months to an hour or two. LOL

It depends, every woman is different. My best friend just had her 3rd child and she was dilated 2cm for almost 3 weeks before giving birth (she was also almost 2 weeks overdue).

there is no "pat" answer (even when you're anxious) - babies come when they're ready. You can labor longer with the second and third child, just as easily as shorter times.
