1. You said you could not get proper sleep.
I think that you are having some worries that troubles you,try to get solution for it .
2.Every time think positively above you if you find any problems that has to find solutions.
3.the main thing is that don't take food very heavy in the night take a light meal like fruits,milks etc.this will ensure quick digestion & lead to proper bllod flow to the brain in which turn you feel something better than before .
4.Try to do some meditation before going to sleep avoid watching television before going to bed.atleaset switch off the TV an half an hour before to bed this will calm your mind.
5.hear some light music while going to bed .
6.practise some yogasana's i the erly morning / evening to get freshness within you which wil inturn give sleepness in the night.
DON'T THINK TOO MUCH BEFORE GOING TO BED TRY TO HEAR SOME LIGKT MUSIC BEFORE YOU GO TO SLEEP

first find out why you can't sleep? Check the sleeping room area..(is it quiet ? is it well lit ? is the bed linen fresh and clean ?) do you smoke ? drink too much ? eat too much ? have no or very little physical activity ? For a few days take Placidox 2 mg or Calmpose/Diazepem 2 mg every night after food)...After a few weeks let your body start getting natural sleep then stop taking the tablets

in homep pathy we will have to study your case. but for time being in homeopathy, there is a medicine called
NUX VOMICA-200 you may take one dose one hour before
going to bed. see that there should be a gap of atleast half an hour gap after meal.
your other detials about your nature of work, body defnitions

To sleep properly u have to strain Ur body that means ply shuttle ..... after that take bath with lite warm water and arrange Ur bed in properly then try . this is best i know.

don't go for medicines u just need to relax as u seems to have loads of tensions just stay cool,go for a morning and evening walk ,listen music,try to be happy at all times of the day,make new friends,u just need to refresh urself
