I was really excited to hear that they had an arrest in this case b ut when I saw him on TV he looked like he was lying? The blinking of his eyes when he spoke of it and looking away and down! I hope DNA proves this guy the killer but am I the only one who thinks he may be lying?

Someone said "why would he confess if he didn't do it?" It happens all the time, people sick people just want to be seen and heard and he could have came to love Jonbenet after watching it on TV, I'm not saying that is what happened b/c more than likely he is the killer I'm just saying to the person whi asked the question why would he do that, it happens more than you know.

He knows details that were not released to the public. They will be able to match DNA soon enough and find out then. As for being with his ex-wife, it's her word! THERE'S NO ACTUAL PROOF unless someone else was there or seen him. Families lie all the time. I don't know, but it'll all come out in the end.

How could I or any of the general public possible know anything about this guy or what he has done since we know absolutely nothing about his involvement in the crime other than what the press has said. I believe very little of anything of importance that I read about in the papers any more unless it is backed up from other sources. In this case, the courts would be a good start.

He knows details that were not released to the public. They will be able to match DNA soon enough. I think his mannerisms may not necessarily mean he is lying.... he's a sick individual and mannerisms that may reveal lying in a normal person may not apply to psychotic killers.

why would he claim to be the killer? he initially denied anything to do with jonbenet but later confessed to Thai police about his involvement.
I'm just glad they can put the whole case to rest as soon as his convicted.

I was just looking at his picture and was thinking what a creepy looking little man he is. If he was going to kill anyone it would have to be a child, I don't think he would have the strength to kill an adult. I do hope that they have caught her murderer. This case has gone unsolved for way too long!

From what I understand, it was an ongoing investigation, so he knew details... I just think he's a sociopath living in Thailand. Heaven knows what he did to the children there! I hope justice is served...
